Description: Oscar has been with S.P.E.A.R. since it's inception and performs his duties so well, most both in and outside of the group simply call him "Ore" as his body acts as if it was cut from some pure and unknown metal. Reserved and Thoughtful, he will often speak only to dispense sage advice or to boost morale. Deep down his sense of valor is matched by none, and thus when faced with an opponent that irks him in some way, he will fight with a power and resolve that even places his foes in awe.
He has a horrible habit of forgetting people's names so he will often craft a nickname for them. This amuses some and annoys others...though those others would never admit this to his face.
Lastly as a leader he has a great relationship with all of his fellow heads, but often will be seen partnered with Rayne the most, his group often acting as a diversion for hers. He also jokes with her, having given her the nickname of "Flirt". She lovlingly returned this gesture with her own nickname for him, "Fossil".
Physical Description: A true MOUNTAIN of a man, Oscar looks like he was carved out of one, having the body of a man in his...well hell, Teens would probably be appropriate. Looking like a bear to begin with, his choice of clothing of a plaid shirt with the sleeves missing and blue jeans makes him look like a lumberjack and fits his "style". His shoes are sneakers, colored pink, his favorite color...
To date, no one has attempted to make fun of him for this. Or at least no one is known to be alive if they had.
He has his main weapon, his Hammer, quite literally chained to his back, as are his beam axe hilts, which are chained to his wrists. Overall a pussy-cat in a body that would lead most to think otherwise.
He also has a tattoo on his left biscep of the Roman Numeral for 2: II. It's said that while all members of the faction wear a number showing which group their in but only the leaders have the mark tattooed on, making them easily noticeable.
History: There's not much to say. When the Hunters began to lose power, many reploids and humans gathered and talked of forming a group that could protect whilst exploring and...."liberating" posessions from people. Oscar was among this inital group of Ten that co-founded the faction and as such was made into one of the Leaders, with his knowledge of battle and rescues the factor in the formation of his squad. He also holds another title as the "Recurit Trainer", meaning that he spends a large portion of time with new recurits, learning of their talents so that they can be assigned to the proper squad. He's legendary for turning out exceptional, but immensely tired members, a fact which amuses him greatly.
